Insured & Tracked Shipping
Every original ships via FedEx or UPS with declared value coverage and full tracking. You'll receive tracking the day it ships and can watch it move. Unframed acrylic canvases are rolled in acid-free glassine paper and bubble wrap, sealed inside a rigid mailing tube — the method used by galleries and professional art shippers. Mixed media works are packaged individually based on the work.
Certificate of Authenticity
Every original ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the title, medium, dimensions, and date. This travels with the painting and establishes its provenance — important for resale, insurance, and estate purposes.
Pre-Ship Documentation
Before your painting ships, it's photographed in detail — front, back, edges, any mixed media elements — and those images are sent to you. You know exactly what you're receiving before it leaves us. No surprises on arrival.
Damage Protection
If your painting arrives damaged in transit, we make it right — period. Photograph the damage before opening the packaging fully, contact us within 48 hours, and we handle the claim and resolution. You will not be left holding a damaged painting.

Confirm availability & details
We'll confirm availability, answer your questions, and share any additional detail photos you'd like — specific angles, texture close-ups, how it looks under different lighting.
Paintings are held for 48 hours during active inquiry — not indefinitely. First to complete payment secures the work.
Secure payment
You'll receive a secure payment link by email. Payment in full secures the work.

Pre-ship photos & packing
Before anything moves, the painting is photographed in full and those images are sent to you. Acrylic canvases are then rolled in glassine paper and bubble wrap, sealed inside a rigid mailing tube. Mixed media works are packaged individually — shipping arranged accordingly.
Packing typically takes 1–2 days. You'll be notified when it ships.
Tracked, insured delivery
Ships via FedEx or UPS with declared value coverage and full tracking. You receive the tracking number the day it ships. Estimated transit 3–7 business days within the continental US. Signature required on delivery.

Unpack carefully, keeping all packaging materials until you've confirmed the condition. Inside the packaging you'll find the painting and its Certificate of Authenticity. If anything looks off, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
Shipping is calculated based on size and destination and confirmed before anything ships — actual cost, no markup. Typically under $20 for most works.
